Thank you for considering to join us for a big celebration of Kesha’s 15 birthday in Cuenca, Ecuador. As some of you may know, this is an important milestone celebrated by Latin American cultures–marking the moment of girlhood to womanhood.
We understand that this is a big trip, and you likely have questions. We wanted to let you know that our doors are open and we’d love to sit down with you over lunch to discuss any details and respond to any concerns.
If you do decide to send your son/daughter to Ecuador, please coordinate with us on their flight details so that we can ensure we meet them at the airport upon arrival. Once they arrive, we’ll be fully responsible for their wellbeing and will take care of onsite expenses once they’re here. We travel to Ecuador every year with the kids, and assure you that your son/daughter will be safe and cared for in our hands.
As we mentioned on the itinerary, we’ll be arriving on roughly the 24th and leaving on August 30th. Your son/daughter is welcome to travel on the same flights as us. We plan to purchase our flights in January, and will update the website with the exact flight details and arrive/departure dates.
If your son/daughter fly’s out separately, we’re happy to receive them anytime during those dates. In addition, you’re welcome to come with your son/daughter and join us for the celebration. Everyone is welcome! All we ask is that you RSVP with final numbers so that we can plan. We need at least 2 months notice to coordinate all the relevant details.
